The project that in 2013 attracted several of the most experienced musicians in the country has now transformed into a homogenous organism with a unique identity of partnership and music.
Nameless Day Ritual (NDR) is a progressive / groove metal band based in Bulgaria. Their music can best be described as a journey of sound and of mind: an amalgam of aggressive drumming and punchy riffs interlaced with ambient sounds of relaxation and clarity. The vocals, ranging from in-your-face growls to nurturing soft melodies are your spirit guide through this trip.

The band continued to enjoy good turnouts and press coverage. The release of their first single “Birth” received an honorable mention in the “Unsigned and Unholy” column of online metal portal MetalSucks. This in turn led to the band being noticed by the veteran German PR, Marketing, and Promotions company CMM GmbH.
The band burst onto the local scene by performing their first ever live show in support of Australian band Karnivool! That events of evening made Nameless Day Ritual a household name in their native Bulgaria.
In 2016, Nameless Day Ritual released their debut album Birth through SAOL (a division of CMM) to resounding critical acclaim, garnering some of the best scores and reviews that pan-European critics can bestow on a band’s debut release. “Birth” was also streamed a week before its official release on the RockHard magazine website and the song “Birth” got into a special monthly compilation of Sonic Seduser Magazin. The band’s song “I” from the “Birth” record, appeared on the soundtrack of the Spanish game developers Nuberu Games for their game Metal Tales: Fury Of The Guitar Gods. The same won best soundtrack award.
Nameless Day Ritual have also performed alongside Black Label Society, Jinjer, and Devin Townsend, Crazy Town, (Hed) P.E. They are also active on the festival circuit, having performed at MetalDays 2016 (performance clip) in Slovenia and at Euroblast in 2017 in Köln, Germany. In 2020 the band was invited and performed for the South America festival "Heresy Fest" and celebrated massive positive fan feedback.
As of now, Nameless Day Ritual have completed the sessions for their follow up album "Seductive Parallels" and it is slated to be released in 2023. Nameless Day Ritual are currently working with guest musicians such as Angel Demirev (Nomad Spirits; Cinga Manga Funk) on solo guitar. The band are also building an intense touring schedule to support this new release and are very excited to share their new creations with fans from all over the world.
